The Little Village – Party Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all party bookings at The Little Village. By paying your deposit, you agree to the following.
1. Booking & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The deposit is deducted from your total balance.
2. Final Payment
• Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event.
• Final payment includes your selected package, confirmed guest numbers and any add-ons.
• If final payment is not received by the due date, The Little Village reserves the right to cancel the booking.
3. Guest Numbers & Venue Capacity
• Party packages include 10 children unless otherwise specified.
• Maximum capacity for children per party is 20.
• Total attendance within the venue is strictly capped at 40 people (including children and adults).
• It is the responsibility of the booking client to ensure guest numbers do not exceed this limit.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event.
• Confirmed numbers cannot be reduced after this time.
• Additional children may be added (up to capacity) with notice, subject to availability.
The Little Village reserves the right to refuse entry if venue capacity limits are exceeded.
4. Waivers & Entry Requirements
• A completed waiver must be signed for every child attending prior to entry into The Little Village.
• Children without a signed waiver will not be permitted to enter the play space.
• It is the responsibility of the booking client to ensure all attending families complete the required waiver prior to arrival.
5. Catering
• Children’s catering is included as outlined in your selected package.
• You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake.
• No other external food or catering is permitted unless approved in writing.
• Dietary requirements must be advised at least 7 days prior to your event.
6. Supervision & Safety
• A responsible adult must remain on-site at all times.
• Children remain the responsibility of their supervising adults throughout the event.
• The Little Village reserves the right to end a party early if behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.
7. External Vendors & Entertainment
• All external entertainers must be approved by The Little Village prior to the event.
• The Little Village is not responsible for third-party vendors booked directly by the client.
• Any damage caused by external vendors is the responsibility of the booking client.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
• No refunds are provided for non-attendance on the day.
If The Little Village is required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid will be provided.
9. Late Arrivals
• Party hire includes your allocated time slot only.
• Late arrival does not extend your session time.
10. Damages
• The booking client is responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
• Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary.
Confirmation of your booking and payment indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
