Welcome to The Little Southern Village. Our space has been thoughtfully designed for imaginative play, connection and calm community moments. To ensure every family enjoys their visit, we kindly ask that the following policies are observed.

Bookings & Entry

All adults and children must hold a valid booking prior to entry.
Entry is subject to venue capacity and session availability.

Sessions run for the allocated time and conclude promptly to allow for reset and preparation.

Waivers

A completed waiver is required for each child before entering the play space.
Children without a signed waiver will not be permitted to enter.

It is the responsibility of the supervising adult to ensure all details are accurate and current.

Supervision

Children remain under the supervision and care of their responsible adult at all times during their visit.

Health & Wellbeing

The Little Southern Village follows South Australian childcare health exclusion guidelines.

For the wellbeing of our Village families:

• Adults and children who are unwell must not attend
• Guests must be fever-free for at least 24 hours without medication before returning
• Guests must not attend until 48 hours after the last episode of vomiting or diarrhoea
• Contagious conditions must follow SA Health exclusion periods before returning

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest displaying symptoms of illness.

Capacity

To maintain a calm and enjoyable experience, total attendance within the venue is capped at 40 guests (including adults and children).

Entry may be refused once capacity is reached.

Food & Drink

External food is not permitted unless pre-approved.
Birthday cakes are permitted only when part of a pre-booked celebration package.
Hot drinks must be kept safely out of children’s reach at all times.

Shoes & Cleanliness

To preserve the cleanliness of our play environment:

• Shoes must be removed before entering designated play areas
• Socks must be worn at all times
• Guests unable to remove shoes must wear the provided shoe covers

Glitter, confetti, party poppers and similar items are not permitted inside the venue.

Behaviour & Respect

We ask all guests to treat the space, equipment and one another with care and respect.

Unsafe, aggressive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Cancellations & Transfers

Session bookings are non-refundable.

Bookings may be transferred to another available session with at least 24 hours’ notice via text or email.

We understand life with children can be unpredictable and that The Little Southern Village maintains a strict illness policy around entry. If less than 24 hours’ notice is required due to illness, please contact us via text as soon as possible. While transfers are not guaranteed, we are always happy to discuss situational options where possible.

No refunds or credits are provided for non-attendance or late arrival.

Personal Belongings & Damages

The Little Southern Village is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Guests may be charged for damage to the venue or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Photography

We may capture photographs or video content for marketing purposes.
Please advise our team if you do not wish to be included.

Venue Closure

In the unlikely event of unforeseen closure, affected bookings will receive a credit or refund.
